A monthly plan that covers the unglamorous work that keeps a website alive: hosting, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and a set number of development hours for the small changes every business needs. The differentiator is the response commitment. Every tier states how quickly you get a reply, in writing, and that is the thing you are actually buying.
This is for you if
- Nobody at your business wants to own WordPress updates
- You need changes made occasionally and do not want to negotiate a quote each time
- You need a stated response time rather than 'we will get to it'

- You have in-house technical staff who already do this
- Your site is static and genuinely never changes

What actually happens
No discovery phase that bills for three months before anything ships.

Migration included. Backups run daily and are tested, not just scheduled.

Core, plugins, and dependencies, on a staging copy first so an update never takes your site down.

You email changes as you need them
Small edits come out of your included hours. Anything larger is quoted at $150/hr before we start it.

What it will not do
Every one of these is a real limitation. You should know them before you buy, not after.
- Included development hours do not roll over month to month.
- Essential has no development hours at all - it is hosting, updates, backups, and monitoring only.
- Emergency incidents outside your plan's response window are billed at $250 + $150/hr.

What counts as an emergency?
The site is down, defaced, or leaking data. A broken layout on one page is not an emergency and we will not bill you as though it were.
Can I cancel and take my site elsewhere?
Yes, 30 days' notice, and we hand over the hosting account, DNS, and a full backup. No exit fee and no hostage-taking.
