Why we publish prices
Every other AI voice company in Colorado makes you fill in a form and wait for a call before they will tell you a number. We think that wastes your time and ours.
If these prices are wrong for your business, you will know in ten seconds instead of two weeks. If they are right, you can start the conversation already knowing what it costs.

- Builds are billed on a 50/25/25 schedule: 50% to start, 25% at review, 25% at launch.
- 30-day cancellation notice on any monthly plan.
- No long-term contract on Starter or Front Desk After Hours once the 3-month initial term is done.
- No minimum term on websites. Website-as-a-Service is month-to-month hosting and maintenance, not a lock-in. When you stop, we hand the site over to you.

What is not included?
Telephony carrier fees if you need a new number, any third-party software you would be paying for anyway (your CRM, your calendar, your scheduling tool), and ad spend if you run paid campaigns. Everything we charge is on this page. You will get the full cost of ownership in writing before you commit.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
You are billed the overage rate for your tier: $0.50/min on Starter, $0.45 on Front Desk After Hours, $0.40 on Full Reception, $0.35 on Revenue Engine, $0.28 on Enterprise. No penalty, no forced upgrade. If you go over consistently we will tell you which tier is actually cheaper for your volume - usually moving up costs you less than paying the overage.
How many minutes do I actually need?
A typical answered call runs two to three minutes, so 200 minutes is roughly 70 to 100 calls a month and 500 is around 170 to 250. If you are not sure, start on Starter. Moving up a tier is instant and we will tell you when your usage says you should.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with 30 days' notice. Starter and Front Desk After Hours both have a 3-month initial term and are month-to-month after that. Full Reception is 6 months, Revenue Engine is 12. Those terms exist because the agent takes real work to tune, not to trap you.
Why is this cheaper, or more expensive, than what I have been quoted elsewhere?
Most of the national operators quote lower and charge per minute on top, so the real monthly cost lands higher once you are actually taking calls. Most local agencies will not quote at all until you have taken a sales call. We are one person with low overhead, so the build fee is real work and the monthly is close to cost plus margin. If someone quotes you less for the same scope, take it.
What do I actually own?
Your phone number, your call recordings and transcripts, your customer data, and your website if we built it. If you leave, it all leaves with you. We do not hold your number or your data hostage as a retention tactic.
Do you have a trial?
There is a paid pilot: $350 for 21 days, with a success metric agreed in writing before we start. If you continue, the full $350 comes off your setup fee on any tier. We do not do free trials because a voice agent that has not been tuned to your business is not a fair test of anything.
