What it is
Education, plainly
This is teaching rather than doing. You already have the part nobody can give you: you know your trade, your customers, and the questions they ask before they buy. What has always stopped you building your own site is the technical middle - the code, the hosting, the DNS, the thousand small decisions. AI removes most of that middle, but only if someone shows you which parts of it to trust and which to check. So we sit with you for four sessions, you build the site, and you leave able to maintain it. This is the first thing we teach. It will not be the last.
This is for you if
- You would rather learn it than outsource it, and you have real hours to spend
- You know your trade cold and you are genuinely the best person to write about it
- You have tried ChatGPT on this already and got something generic that did not sound like you
- You want to change your own prices, hours, and photos without paying someone each time
This is not for you if
- You want it done for you. Buy a website build instead - it is the better use of your money if your time is worth more than the difference.
- You cannot commit hours between sessions. The building happens between the sessions, not during them.
- You need it live next week. Learning is slower than delegating, every time.
- You want to learn to build software. This is a marketing site for your own business, not a development course.

No discovery phase that bills for three months before anything ships.

Session one - get your expertise out of your head
What you actually know, who you serve, and what they ask before they buy. This part is not AI's job and we will not pretend it is - it comes out of you, we just structure it into what the site needs.

Session two - build the thing
You drive, we sit beside you. You will learn which prompts get usable output and, far more usefully, how to tell when the output is confidently wrong.

Session three - make it yours, then make it live
Your words, your photos, checked on a phone. Then domain, hosting, and launch - on accounts in your name, with you holding the logins.

Session four - so you never have to call us
You make three changes yourself while we watch, and we fix whatever trips you up. You leave with a written runbook for your own site.
What you will learn on
We teach on tools you can afford to keep after we leave. If you already pay for one of these, we will build on it rather than move you.

What it will not do
Every one of these is a real limitation. You should know them before you buy, not after.
- This costs you time. Four sessions plus the work between them is the real price, and for some people the honest conclusion is that buying a build outright is cheaper.
- You will not out-design a designer in four sessions. You will get a clear, fast, honest site that sounds like you, which converts better than most pretty ones.
- We are teaching, not building. If you stop doing the work between sessions, there is no site at the end and we cannot fix that for you.
- Right now this is websites only. Teaching the other things AI is good at in your business is coming, and it is not ready, so we are not selling it yet.

Why would I learn this when you will just build it for me?
Money and control. The guided build starts at $700 against $2,950 for our smallest done-for-you package, and afterwards you change your own hours, prices, and photos in ten minutes instead of emailing someone. The trade is your time. If your hours are worth more than the difference, buy the build - we will tell you that on the call rather than sell you the wrong one.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to be able to use a browser and be willing to be a beginner for a few hours. Every owner we have taught this to has hit a moment where they were sure they had broken it. Nobody has actually broken it.
What do I own at the end?
Everything. The domain, the hosting account, the content, and the logins - all in your name from the day we set them up, not transferred to you afterwards. There is nothing to take back if you never speak to us again.
What if I get stuck after the four sessions?
You get a runbook written for your specific site, so most sticking points are already answered in it. Beyond that, single sessions are billed hourly and a care plan exists if you would rather hand maintenance over. We do not put you on a retainer to answer questions you were taught the answer to.
Will the site be as good as one you built?
Honestly, usually not on design polish. It is often better on copy, because it is written by the person who actually does the work rather than by someone interviewing them for an hour. For most local service businesses that trade is worth taking.
Are you teaching anything besides websites?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than list things we have not built. Websites are stage one because it is the request we get most and the one where AI helps most obviously. More is coming as it is genuinely ready.
